Team context
I worked with a five-member startup team that included business analysts, frontend and backend developers, and a data analyst. Together, we designed and developed TumaNow.
The challenge
The PPDO manages hundreds of government projects across municipalities. Through stakeholder interviews, we identified these issues:

Lessons Learned
TumaNow taught me that a useful digital solution starts with understanding the people who will use it. Working with government stakeholders strengthened my skills in business analysis, requirements gathering, communication, and turning operational problems into practical digital solutions.
